As founder of Anela Events, Angelica has planned and designed more than 100 weddings since starting the company in 2017. Although Anela Events is a Bay Area wedding planner, they serve couples throughout California and Hawaii including those dreaming of a destination celebration anywhere in the world.
Through a thoughtful approach, Anela Events curates design concepts, recommends trusted venues and vendors, manages budgets, builds vision boards, and oversees every detail of the wedding weekend. The process is intentionally designed to lift the weight off couples’ shoulders, offering collections that range from full-service planning to day-of coordination.

I originally wanted to work with her because she has wedding planning experience in both California and Hawaii - and at this point, we were still deciding between the two. But once we settled on our Hawaii location, things started to roll. She was very easy to stay in contact with and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I had a tendency to change my mind constantly but she was very patient with me and managed to give us everything we wanted. Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful and I couldn't have imagined doing it on my own. Angelica was an angel and we'll forever be appreciative of the special day she helped plan for us.

Where do I even begin? Angelica was one of the main reasons our wedding happened! Without her support and knowledge I would have been completely lost and overwhelmed! She took the load off me when it came to everything! Angelica was the best to work with, kept us on track, and always went above and beyond our expectations. We contacted her after finding all our vendors and did not know what to expect from a day of coordinator. We really thought they just became a point of contact the day of for all the vendors, but Angelica and her team did so much more than that. She took over a few months before the wedding date and kept all the vendors on the same page. She helped with design, was able to answer any question even if it felt silly, and most of all kept us so calm and comfortable throughout the whole process and the entire night! One of the easiest recommendations we could give!
